Sunken Mill is an amateur observatory with (humhum..) professional aspirations :-)

I'm living in Germany, where lawmakers are obsessed by the idea that every aspect of human life has to be regulated by law (alledgedly every second law article in the world is in German!). Unfortunately  the result is that there are some creepy lawyers around just waiting for people to make a mistake, so they may sue them and rip them off (this statement falls under free speech), arguing that their "rights" were violated.. And unfortunately the governement is giving them free hand.
